The Vietnamese who asked the American for helped to fight the communist to cover up Vietnamese Civil War intended of genocide the Dega people in the Dega own homeland. The American were blamed, when it was really the Vietnamese. During the Vietnamese Civil War over million Dega people women, men, and children were murdered. Vietnamese used Their Civil War to steal Dega country and make Dega territory to become part of Vietnam.
