Veteran's Day 2017

Today is Veteran’s Day in the U.S.A. On this day we honor all American military veterans and their families. We thank you for your service and sacrifices. The Dega people saw these sacrifices with our own eyes during the Vietnamese Civil War (Vietnam War). We would like to specifically recognize the Vietnam Veterans who served hand in hand with the Dega people in the Central Highlands. Because of their support, we survived today. We are grateful for being welcomed to the great U.S.A. The Dega people did not know freedom until we came here. We seek the same for our people in our homeland under Vietnamese control. The Dega and America are devoted to each other like a loving family.

Today, we pray for the American veterans and their families.
